Conditions and policies of Énergie canine Estrie.

To be considered registered and to be held in a class, your payment MUST accompany or promptly follow your registration request. If we have not received your payment within 48 hours, your registration will not be accepted.

Registrations are accepted on a “first come, first served” basis.

A minimum number of 2 registrations is required for the session to begin.

  • The number of participants is limited to 4 dogs per instructor, depending on the activities.
  • The deadline for registrations is the Monday of the week before the start of the course week.
  • Registration will be confirmed by email approximately one week before the session start date. Check your junk folder, sometimes our emails slip in there.
  • If Énergie canine Estrie has to cancel your course (lack of registration), we will offer you a place in another course or refund your deposit.
  • If a dog exhibits risky behavior for another dog or for any other human, Énergie canine Estrie reserves the right to expel the dog in order to ensure everyone's safety.
  • Photos of the dogs can be taken during classes and can be shared on various social media. If this causes you discomfort, it is your responsibility to notify the on-site dog trainer so that we can respect your request.
  • It is your responsibility to be present during your lessons and to arrive on time for your lessons. If the customer arrives more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately participation in the course, workshop and/or service will not be possible and no recovery will be offered.

GROUP CLASS SESSION

  • The group course session lasts 5 weeks, 55 minutes per week.
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place for the session.
  • This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • A $5.00 fee applies for each refund or order change request.
  • Final payment must be made between the 1st and 2nd week of classes.
  • If you have to be absent for a course, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate you and offer you a recovery within the same week. Note that our weeks are Monday to Sunday.
  • In the case of illness or injury, the missed course(s) will be postponed for the weeks remaining in the session or the following session maximum. Énergie canine Estrie reserves the right to request medical proof.
  • If a dog exhibits risky behavior for another dog or any other human, Énergie canine Estrie reserves the right to redirect the customer to private lessons better suited to the situation. Some fees may apply.

WORKSHOPS AND PRACTICES

  • Full payment is required upon registration.
  • No refund will be possible for cancellation less than 48 hours before the activity.
  • If a dog exhibits risky behavior for another dog or any other human, Énergie canine Estrie reserves the right to redirect the customer to private lessons better suited to the situation. Some fees may apply.

PRIVATE CONSULTATION / PRIVATE LESSON

  • For a registration to be counted, it must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the course. We also ask clients to pay the full course/service as a security deposit.
  • In the event of cancellation or resumption, the customer must notify Énergie canine Estrie by telephone or email a minimum of 48 hours in advance so as not to lose their course.
  • If a dog exhibits risky behavior for another dog or any other human, Énergie canine Estrie reserves the right to require the wearing of a muzzle in order to ensure the safety of dog trainers and/or other dogs present on site. .

SECURITY

  • For security reasons, clients are asked NOT to ARRIVE BEFORE their class time in the class room and to enter at their class time unless otherwise advised.
  • There is an entrance and an exit to facilitate arrivals/departures and limit contact.
  • If your dog is reactive or needs a space of respect, it will be important to mention this to the dog trainers so that a safe work space can be defined. It is also your responsibility to have the necessary equipment to ensure safety such as a muzzle for example (if necessary).
  • It is your responsibility to respect the limits of your dog and other dogs on site.
  • If a “reactive dog” sign is on the front door then please knock before entering and wait for the door to be opened.
